Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central London
Package: £55,000 - £60,000
Skilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor who due to exceptional growth are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on an iconic Commercial Project in Central London.
The suitable Quantity Surveyor must be someone from a Main Contractor background and ideally has New Build experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to work for a leading Main Contractor who are renowned for giving its staff the opportunity to progress.
Duties
Compliance with and assistance in helping promote the Health and Safety policy.
Provide support to the Project Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor and Managing Quantity Surveyor.
Assistance with the procurement of Sub-Contractors; Consultants and Suppliers.
Contribution to the analysis of Sub-Contractors; Consultants and Suppliers tender returns.
Subject to the prior approval of the Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor or Managing Quantity Surveyor and in accordance with company contractual arrangements, authorise payments in respect of interim and final applications for payment from Sub-Contractors, Consultants and Suppliers.

Requirements
Must have worked for a Main Contractor.
Ideally experience working on New Build Projects.
Ambitious individual.
Degree qualified.
