Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Quantity Surveyor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Quantity Surveyor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Quantity Surveyor, will be responsible for:
* Collate monthly cost data to support the Commercial Manager with the production of CVRs.
* Manage budget control and forecasting for allocated projects, providing monthly updates.
* Ensure correct contract administration of allocated projects in line with contract requirements.
* Oversee cash management and cash flow production.
* Prepare forecasting documentation.
* Manage subcontractor accounts, including measurement of works, variations, liability trackers, payment notices, and final accounts.
* Attend progress meetings and contribute to weekly commercial meetings.
* Conduct site visits and support client meetings alongside the Commercial Manager.
* Mentor junior staff and ensure work is carried out in line with internal processes and governance.
To be successful for this Quantity Surveyor role you must have:
* Minimum 2:2 degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying.
* 3+ years' experience working at Quantity Surveyor level.
* Excellent understanding of Contract Law, with NEC suite experience preferred.
* Strong commercial acumen and financial awareness.
* Willingness to undertake site visits.
* Full UK driving licence.
