What are we recruiting for?
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing costs and contracts for oil and petrochemical projects, ensuring financial efficiency and contributing to project success.
What will you be doing?
* Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans
* Conduct detailed cost analysis and procurement processes.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
* Monitor and control project expenditures and valuations.
* Provide accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
* Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor relationships.
What qualification/skills do you need?
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* Ideally experience in the oil and petrochemical industry.
* Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration.
* Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
