Description:
We are currently partnered with a multi award winning specialist property solutions contractor, who are expanding their team, seeking an Quantity Surveyor.
Benefits of the Quantity Surveyor role:
Base salary of £45K-£55K
Motoring expenditure allowance of £3K
24 days annual leave + bank holidays & your birthday off
Pay review every January

The role of an Quantity Surveyor:
Work alongside operations to be responsible for line management of the assistant QS
Ensure accurate reporting and maintain a focus on building strong relationships
Further commercial negotiations and achieve budgeted targets
Maximise cash flow and implement appropriate procedures
Monitor and analyse data with costs and revenue and identify possible disputes
I would love to hear from the Quantity Surveyor who has:
Experience in social housing planned works
Data interrogation skills
A drive and passion for the role
QS degree recently qualified or equivalent training
Experience of Management Accounts
Commercial contractor exposure
