Description:
Opus People Solutions are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a Property & Design Services business in central Ipswich.
This is a chance to work the full cycle of projects in a working atmosphere that is genuinely supportive and can help you develop your career.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will support the business by providing cost estimation and management services and managing contractual documentation for project delivery.
We are looking for candidates that have:
A relevant degree or proven experience in Quantity Surveying
A clear understanding and experience of Cost Value Reporting
Experience managing Contractors works and packages
Cost interrogation experience
Effective communication skills across a range of contacts
Ability to work effectively under pressure
JCT and/or NEC experienceThe good bits, the benefits:
