Description:
A regional house builder with a base in Bristol are looking to add a quantity surveyor to their team. The company are based in South Bristol and have developments steming from Birmingham to Cornwall (This role is office based)
Typically the company will build 40 units per development and be high end prestigious builds Due to increased work load the are looking for a stand alone QS' able to manage 1 or 2 projects.
The individual must have previous house building QS' experience
