Key Responsibilities:
Conducting cost estimates and budgeting
Preparing and managing tender documents, contracts, and variations
Providing advice on financial and contractual matters
Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions
Requirements:
Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a rail environment
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Relevant degree or professional qualification
NEC Contract Knowledge and experience
