Quantity Surveyor

Description:

We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor with experience in fast-track fit-out projects, ideally within the hospitality sector. Responsibilities include cost management, procurement, subcontractor accounts, valuations, and final accounts. Candidates should have strong fit-out experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Your responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor

Support cost planning, budgeting, and financial tracking across multiple projects
Preparing estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
Carry out take-offs and measurements using CostX
Work with site teams to monitor progress, variations, and cost impacts
Contribute to valuations, interim applications, and final accounts
Attend site visits to gather data and support delivery on active projects
What we’re looking for in a Quantity Surveyor

Previous experience in estimating and take-offs
Strong numerical and analytical capability with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with CostX, ConQuest, or similar software is advantageous
