Description:
CXC Global seeks a seasoned Quantity Surveyor specialising in traffic management to join a leading company in East England.
Role:
* Initial expectation of travel to Garboldisham 2-3 days a week, (negotiable).
* Salary: £65k per annum + travel expenses.
* Provide commercial support, ensure sustainable contracts, and client satisfaction.
Person Specification:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, traffic management or telecoms experience required.
* Familiarity with ICE/NEC contracts and construction law.
* Strong commercial management and reporting skills.
* RICS membership preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate cost and value reporting.
* Manage costs, forecasts, and commercial changes.
* Lead bids and tenders, manage labour engagement, and improve processes.
