We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join an exciting and prestigious residential development project. This opportunity is perfect for professionals looking to make a significant impact in a high profile and luxury residential project.
Project Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing procurement processes and managing final accounts
* Ensuring project costs are controlled and value for money is achieved
* Collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met
* Providing accurate cost advice and reporting to senior management
Role Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience in procurement and final accounts
* Have a strong background in Main Contractor projects
* Extensive experience in the residential sector, particularly with high-end developments
