Description:

A national PLC developer known for building traditional housing schemes across the UK are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to cover housing developments across the East Anglia region.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will report into the Commercial Manager who will allocate schemes for you to manage which will range in size.

In your role you will be expected to carry out the following duties:

assisting in all financial aspects of the projects
valuations
measurements
cost reports
attending meetings
ensuring that adequate cost monitoring and management is undertaken.
co-ordinate and agree the final accounts
This role would suit applicants who have held a surveying role within the residential sector in either a house builder or contractor and are focussed on managing all commercial aspects of a project.
