Produce accurate monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), cash flow forecasts, and commercial plans across projects and business units.

Adhere to and refine internal governance, including JV and Alliance commercial processes where applicable.

Ensure full compliance with relevant statutory regulations and Construction Law.

Supply Chain & Procurement

Manage full-cycle subcontractor procurement, including package tendering, negotiation, and contract awards under compliant terms.

Oversee the subcontract measurement and control cycle, chair regular progress meetings, issue valuations/certificates, and manage accruals.

Stakeholder & Site Team Collaboration

Embed commercial best practices within site operations, advising Project Managers and site teams on cost control.

Build strong relationships with client representatives, subcontractors, and suppliers to protect project margins and hit delivery targets.

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

Education: HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent construction management qualification).

Sector Experience: Proven commercial experience within civil engineering or major infrastructure environment.

Contract Knowledge: Practical understanding of NEC / ICE standard forms of contract and Construction Law.
