This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex, high-value projects where attention to detail, commercial awareness and quality are genuinely valued.

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction

Strong commercial and financial management skills

Experience managing subcontractors and supply chain relationships

Good knowledge of construction contracts, procurement and valuations

Excellent attention to detail

Strong communication and negotiation skills

The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines

A commercially minded and proactive approach

Why Join?

You'll have the opportunity to work on unique, high-specification homes and buildings, alongside an experienced team, with genuine responsibility for the commercial delivery of projects.

If you're a Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge within high-end residential construction, we'd love to hear from you.
