Description:
A well-established Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to strengthen its London team with the appointment of a professional Quantity Surveyor.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a supportive and collaborative Quantity Surveying team working across a diverse range of projects, including residential, healthcare, and infrastructure schemes.
The new Quantity Surveyor will provide both pre and post contract support alongside an Associate and Director. Following a settling-in period, the Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to lead their own projects, with the support and oversight of more experienced Quantity Surveyors in the team.
The Quantity Surveyor
MRICS or working towards sitting
4+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a PQS / Cost Consultancy practice or similar
Any EA or PM experience would be a plus, but not essential
Pre contract experienceIn Return?
