Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a consultancy in Westbury/Andover with the recruitment of a Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team.
Your New Role
You will provide support to the project teams to ensure contractual compliance of projects, estimation and collation of project variation works, budget reviews and analysis with the project teams along with completion of financial reports and forecasts.
You will also liaise with the end client and other construction professionals such as site managers, architects, project managers and site engineers, track changes to the design or construction work and adjust the budget projections according as well as final account preparation to include approval of all contract documentation and orders prior to finalisation.
What You'll Need To Succeed
You will be accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in quantity surveying, experienced within mechanical/electrical contracting as well as strong numerical skills and working knowledge of MS Excel and other software.
What You'll Get In Return
This role is being offered with a day rate between £300 - £350 per day on a long-term interim contract.
