Description:

Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a large construction project based in Cardiff.

The successful candidate will be joining a Tier 1 Principal Contractor.

Job Responsibilities:

* Preparation of sub-contract documentation

* Management of sub-contractor/sub-consultant packages on site

* Certification of sub-contractor/sub-consultant applications for payment

* Negotiation of sub-contractor/sub-consultant final accounts

* Submission of monthly internal reports

* Contract administration

* Advise on contractual issues

About You:

* Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

* NEC Contract experience

Salary Package:

* Negotiable salary base - £55,000 - £65,000

* 26 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
