I’m currently partnered with a rapidly growing, design-led refurbishment specialist who are delivering some of the most impressive high-end residential projects in London. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we’re looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years’ experience to join their commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants real autonomy, exposure to prestigious projects, and a genuine route to progression within a business scaling fast.
???? The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take full commercial responsibility for projects from inception through to final account. Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in cost management, subcontract procurement, valuations, and overseeing financial performance across multiple high-end refurbishment schemes.
You will be based in the Marylebone office two days a week, with the remainder split between site visits and working from home.

To be considered, you’ll need:

Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Proven background in high-end residential refurbishment

Experience running projects from start to finish
*
Strong commercial acumen and excellent client-facing communication
*
A proactive, detail-driven approach and desire to progress quickly
