About the role of Quantity Surveyor
Our client is a huge tier 1 main contractor with an outstanding £1.9billion turnover and a worldwide turnover of over £40 billion! They have a proven track record by delivering thousands of projects across the sectors including healthcare, education, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, residential developments and more.
Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has experience with a tier 1 or 2 main contractor, degree qualified, commutable distance to Norwich
Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor
Cost Planning and Budget Managing
Procurement and subcontract management
Contract administration
Valuations and payments
Cost reportingRequirements for Quantity Surveyor
Previous experience with a tier 1 or 2 main contractor
Degree qualified
Good understanding of commercial methods & construction industry
At least 7 years of experience
