The successful candidate will work on a diverse portfolio of small works, major refurbishments and new‑build contracts, primarily within the Retail, Hospitality and Heritage sectors. Essential Criteria
* BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or similar
* Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience as a contractor’s QS (fit‑out experience preferred)
* Strong commercial awareness
* Advanced cost estimation and financial analysis skills
* In‑depth understanding of construction contracts
* Strong negotiation and dispute resolution capability
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
