This is an opportunity to join a growing, well-respected cost consultancy delivering high-profile residential projects for some of the UK's leading developers and investors. What you'll be doing:
* Managing project costs from feasibility through to final account.
* Preparing cost plans, estimates, tender documentation and contracts.
* Advising clients on procurement strategies and commercial decisions.
* Monitoring project budgets, valuations, variations and financial reporting.
* Working closely with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
What we're looking for:
* Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment.
* Residential sector experience is desirable.
* RICS accredited degree or working towards MRICS.
* Good understanding of JCT and procurement routes.
* Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience using CostX or similar estimating software is advantageous.
