Description:

Our client based in Staffordshire, are looking for an experienced quality training professional with 3+ years experience within the automotive industry.
The individual's key responsibilities would be:
* Proactively support improvement activities of system procedures, work instructions and forms as identified through the results of product, packaging and training audits, warrant analysis and reject analysis.
* Raise corrective actions and supply collated data to relevant department managers.
* Contribute to the calibration system/gauge control.
* Undertake sediment testing.
* Flexibility to conduct other reasonable tasks to meet the needs of the business.
* Commitment to company quality expectations through compliance to company policies, system procedures, work instructions and specifications.
* Proactively support teams and work groups in compliance of company policies, system procedures, work instructions and specifications.
* Ensure that safe practices and procedures are consistently followed by all personnel and that all work areas are maintained in a safe, clean and orderly manner. Set a personal example to others.
* Investigate, report, validate and maintain records to support warranty of parts and components. Generate warranty performance reports in support of continual improvement.
* To monitor, analyse and report company performance measures within the production processes and maintaining company data records.
* To liaise with other departments, customers and external providers to provide inspection expertise and continuous improvements including 5s activities, problem solving, performance tools and techniques, risk assessments, internal and external audits.
* Support workshop based data collection and improvement teams to continually investigate and improve processes and operator knowledge with the aim of reducing waste through improved efficiencies.
* Proactively maintain product audit schedule encompassing product audit, packaging audit, maintain records of audits conducted, improvement actions and generate internal product audit metric reports
