Description:
We are now recruiting for a Quality Technician to join an established business based in the Hereford area. The Quality Technician will be responsible for day to day quality requirements dealing with any non-conformances of product/process supporting the quality department within the business to maintain ISO 13485.
As the Quality Technician you will be responsible for :
* Assist during the quality control process for IQC, IPQC, FQC
* Investigating and analysing any quality issues
* Goods inward inspection of products
* Carry out supplier audits for corrective actions/8D Validation
* Being part of CMS investigations and containments
* Inspection of parts/products at goods in to ensure supply to production
* Supporting with internal auditing
* Taking part in investigations and containments
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements
Requirements:
* Experience in a Quality position
* Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001)
* Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
* Experience in an engineering production environment
* Able to read & understanding engineering drawings and specifications
* Excellent communication skills
