Accrofab Alcester is recruiting for a Quality Systems Engineer, working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday day shift 07.30 to 16.30 Mon - Thurs and Friday.

The main responsibilities are;

Maintain and develop the Quality Management System to meet the requirements of ISO9001, AS9100, NADCAP and other customer specific requirements.
Maintain and develop Quality System Procedures ensuring that the contents meet the current and future needs of the business in conjunction with the process owners.
Report on Quality System related Key Performance Indicators and use the data to identify areas of concern and improvement opportunities.
Understand the process constraints and operating rules of the value stream covered in the Quality Systems Engineer role and participate in problem-solving exercises to improve flow and efficiency where relevant.
Principal point of contact for customers and 3rd parties for Quality Management System related matters.
Ensure that the business is audit ready at all times through the maintenance of the Quality Management System and its related outputs.
Maintain and develop a comprehensive and delegated audit structure and Corrective Action Reporting system to control and improve Quality Assurance throughout the business and its supply chain.
Conduct Quality System audits and assist in the training and mentoring of other auditors within the business. • Manage and coordinate the activities of the company’s External NDT Level 3 representative.
Contribute to the delivery of the EHS Model, by providing solutions to EHS problems, where appropriate, and within the scope of the Quality Systems Engineers role.
