Quality Resident Engineer – Derby
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Report and record all quality concerns found on business parts at the customers’ assembly plant
* Assist in ensuring the Quality function actively participates and supports in project and design activities
* Co-ordination of rework activities
Qualifications
* Broad and varied experience working within a Quality Function in automotive industry
* Working knowledge of APQP, Global 8D, PPAP, SPC, CPK, Taguchi, Ishikawa, Poke-Yoke, Kaizen and 6 Sigma processes
* Experience of vehicle assembly and manufacturing processes would be advantageous
