What we’re looking for:

We are now recruiting for a Quality Professional – Assurance Programme to be responsible for helping to shape and manage the development and deployment of the SMR quality assurance arrangements, processes, and systems to meet nuclear design code and regulatory requirements, best practices, and quality excellence.

As we strive to find the best fit for this position, we are seeking individuals with a minimum level of experience, training, and qualifications. Key selection criteria for this role are:

Interpreting stakeholder and design code requirements and ensuring appropriate and effective quality programme and design code processes and governance is applied.
Support the development and management of the quality assurance programme, quality manuals, implementation plans and key performance measures to meet design code and regulatory requirements to support the Rolls-Royce SMR strategic intent.
Building strong relationships with the functions, internal and external stakeholders including regulators and industry bodies.
Provide support to the Rolls-Royce SMR certification programme and external nuclear regulatory assessments and reviews.
Development of processes, procedures and facilitating process mapping and problem-solving activities and workshops.
Experienced in the creation and review of documents with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Qualification

Degree-qualified or equivalent experience, you will have a significant working knowledge of quality management system development, assurance, and improvement within a Technical / Programme or Project environment.

Pay and Benefits

We anticipate paying a salary between £40,000 to £52,000 plus package. There is also a performance-related bonus of up to 12.5% and an attractive pension scheme with 12% employer and 6% employee contributions. You will also receive a flexible benefits allowance of £2,200, enabling you to create a bespoke package to suit your needs.
