Description:
Stem Recruitment are looking for a Quality & Product Safety Coordinator for a packaging company based in Sunderland. The role will include supporting the QHSE Manager in maintaining the company’s Quality and Hygiene Management System. The position involves working closely with the site management team on a daily basis.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
* Liaising with certification bodies; organizing site audits; responding to non-conformances and ensuring full compliance certification standards and accreditation systems
* Working with the QHSE Manager to review and update policies & procedures to continually strengthen & improve quality management systems
* Completion of customer questionnaires and preparation of technical specifications
Requirements
BRC and AIB standards experience
Experience working in either packaging, food industry or pharmaceuticals is preferred
Liaising with certification bodies; organizing site audits; responding to non-conformances
