Quality Manager - Manufacturing
£35,000 - £45,000 + Health Care Cash Plan + Funded Training + Early Friday Finish
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5pm / Friday: 7:30am - 11:30am

The Role:
*Take ownership of the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement across the business.
*Manage and develop the Quality team, including two direct reports.
*Oversee internal and external audits, non-conformances, corrective actions and customer quality requirements.
*Manage calibration, document control and Quality KPI reporting.
*Funded training and professional development opportunities.
The Candidate:
*Experience working as a Quality Manager with experience manageing a team
*Has a background in manufacturing, metal manufacturing or precision engineering.
*Has a strong understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
*Has experience managing audits, non-conformances and continuous improvement projects.
