A global specialist in the design and manufacture of high-temperature metal seals for aerospace, automotive and power generation sectors are seeking a Quality Manager to join their team to drive the next phase of development and growth. As Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading the team in ensuring product and process compliance and customer engagement
Ensuring existing and new products and processes comply with Customer, ISO/AS/IATF and NADCAP standards.
Maintaining, developing, auditing and championing the QMS and processes
Acting as primary liaison with Customers, Auditors and other relevant stakeholders
Driving quality strategy & developing staff, supporting production, engineering and sales functions
We’re looking for a Quality Manager with the following skills and experience:
Proven leadership and management of quality teams
The ability to ensure requirements in high compliance production environments
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
ISO9001, AS9100, IATF16949 Quality Management Systems
Aerospace and Automotive Customer QM Systems and engagement
Part and process approval (FAIR, PPAP)
NADCAP certification, heat treatment and/or coating processes
Precision measurement, calibration, quality documentation
Precision metal forming/fabrication
New product introduction, process improvement, root cause investigation
Risk tools (FMEA), statistical tools (SPC/MSA), data analysis
