Your responsibilities as Quality Manager

Lead continuous improvement activities using data-driven methodologies
Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions
Maintain and develop the Quality Management System to support business objectives
Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance requirements are met
Work collaboratively across departments to improve process capability and product standards
Drive standardisation, performance measurement and best practice throughout the site
What we’re looking for in a Quality Manager

Previous experience within a senior quality leadership position in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving techniques including 8D and 5 Whys
Experience using quality tools such as FMEA and control plans
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, audits and compliance processes
Experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives within a production environment
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 1:30pm
