We are a busy high volume manufacturing organisation, with a real family feel. You would be joining an established, friendly Quality team.

You may be already a Quality Manager who is looking to move to a new challenge where you can make a genuine impact, or, you may be a Senior Quality Engineer who is looking for that next step up to Quality Manager

Quality Manager responsibilities:

* Responsibility for the maintenance and improvement of IATF 16949, ISO9001 and ISO14001

* Produce FMEA’s for review for the APQP team

* Control Plans

* Gauge design involvement and procurement, along with the creation of calibration and operating instructions

* MSA studies to ensure gauges are fit to used again

* PPAP submissions

* Capability studies using SPC

* Ability to use a variety of measuring equipment as well as the operation of CMM / Faro arm scanning

* 8D’s

* Supplier concerns and performance

* Internal audits

Quality Manager Requirements:

* RELEVANT Quality Management or Senior Quality Engineering experience

* Strong knowledge of Quality tools, such as APQQ, SPC, Control Plans and FMEA

* To have gained experience within a continuous improvement culture

* Preferably you will have gained your experience within a high-volume manufacturing organisation

* Exposure to IATF 16949

* Internal auditing experienced

* Experience of supplier and customer liaison
