Description
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
Audit 3rd party manufacturers and key suppliers
Maintain site standards for quality, hygiene, pest control etc
Work closely with the manufacturing & NPD team to ensure consistency
Report on quality metrics and present data-driven reports
Coordinate with internal teams for product inspections
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the teamProfile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
