Quality Manager
Location: West Midlands

SRG are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to join a well-established manufacturing organisation in the West Midlands.
This is a leadership role with responsibility for maintaining and improving quality systems, driving compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the quality function.
Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and internal procedures.
Manage internal and external audit programmes.
Lead investigations into quality issues and non-conformances, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
Support supplier quality activities and ongoing performance improvement.
Drive risk-based decision making and change management processes.
Monitor quality performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to promote a positive quality culture.
Support regulatory, customer and compliance requirements as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
Internal or Lead Auditor experience.
Proven leadership and people management capability.
Experience managing corrective actions, root cause investigations and quality improvement initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to analyse performance data and drive business improvements.
