Quality Manager
Dorking, Surrey | Manufacturing | ISO 13485
We're looking for more than just a Quality Manager. We're looking for a strong leader who can make things happen.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Quality Manager to take ownership of the quality function within a busy manufacturing environment.
We need someone who leads from the front, tackles challenges head-on and inspires those around them. Someone who can make tough decisions, drive improvements and maintain high standards, while creating a positive, supportive and motivated team.
What you'll be doing
Leading, coaching and developing the quality team.
Taking ownership of the QMS, ensuring ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 compliance.
Driving quality improvements, reducing defects and improving performance.
Leading audits, root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Working closely with manufacturing and engineering to solve problems and improve processes.
Building a strong, proactive and accountable quality culture.What we're looking for
Proven ISO 13485 experience is essential.
Strong Quality Management experience within manufacturing.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and positively influence a team.
Experience managing QMS, audits, NCRs and CAPAs.
A confident, proactive problem-solver who isn't afraid to challenge and drive change.
A positive, approachable and supportive attitude, combined with the determination to deliver results.Sound like you?
