Description:
My Wolverhampton based Manufacturing & Distrubution client are looking for a Quality Manager to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Duties include:
* Maintain the Company’s quality management system.
* Determine and implement continual improvements.
* Management and close out of nonconformities.
* Perform internal audits.
* Overseeing the supply chain and performing supplier audits.
* Liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
* Identification and management of business risks.
* Managing change throughout the Company.
* Ensuring compliance with latest standards, regulations and legal requirements.
Key Skills:
* Sound working knowledge of ISO 9001
* A systems-based approach to quality management.
* Customer focus.
* Problem solving and decision making.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Familiarity with API Q1, 20E and 20F desirable but not essential
