Quality Manager
Littleborough
Monday to Friday
£40,000 to £47,000 DOE
10% Bonus, Healthcare, Pension, Life Assurance, 36 Days Holiday, Ongoing Training
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Manager to join a leading manufacturing business. You will be responsible for ensuring this dynamic business complies with all Quality legal requirements and regulations, in an efficient and customer focused manor.
The business has a strong pedigree in their market sector, has received further funding and is continuing to grow even further. It will be a great chance for someone to develop with the business long term
Role Description
Establish and maintain a quality system to ensure all manufactured products meet customer expectations
Work with operations and logistics teams to manage production issues and provide support from a quality perspective
Maintain effective network with colleagues
Monitor and advise how the quality system is performing
Support a small quality team with product testing, control and release for the customer
Promote quality performance improvement across the business
Assess product specifications against customer requirements
Skills and Qualifications
Experience maintaining and managing quality systems
Understanding appropriate manufacturing methods
Understanding of Health & Safety at work practices, environmental requirements and COSHH regulations
People management experience
