We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's technical team as a Quality Manager based in Cheshire. This role is Customer Facing + has various progression opportunities, a truly great opportunity for any current Quality Manager looking to add strings to their bow.

Our client are a leading food production company dedicated to delivering top-quality products to major retailers. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, we take pride in our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our operations.

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet or exceed regulatory and customer quality standards. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality management systems, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes to monitor production from raw materials to finished products.
Conduct regular audits of production facilities to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Investigate and resolve any quality issues or customer complaints in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to food quality and safety.
Act as a liaison between the company and customers on quality-related matters, including participating in customer audits and visits.Requirements:

3+ years Quality Management Experience in Food
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Ability to represent the company professionally in-front of Customers.
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
