Are you an experienced Quality Manager with experience of working in aerospace manufacturing? We are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join an aerospace manufacturer with a reputation for excellence in Warwick. Managing a Quality Engineer in a small but extremely well run manufacturing facility you will be responsible for maintaining, and continuously improving the company's quality management system to ensure that all products meet customer , regulatory and industry requirements - including AS9100 and applicable customer specific quality clauses.
As Quality Manager you will:
- Own and maintain the AS9100 - certified QMS, including document control, procedures and work instructions
- Serve as a management representative for internal and external audits
- Lead internal audit programme and drive corrective / preventive action ( CAPA ) processes to closure.
- Participate as a key member of the Product Development and implementation team.
- Liaise with customers on all Quality related matters
- Lead quality input into New Product Development and other new projects
- Lead root cause analysis ( 8D, 5 Why, fishbone ) for internal and customer reported non conformances
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations ( Rolls Royce, RRP, RPS and FPA systems and procedures )
