Do you have any experience in Quality and ISO9001 within manufacturing, looking to upkeep excellent quality output standards for a highly reputable manufacturer of precision engineered hydraulics, where your attention to detail and implementation of high quality standards will be valued, and rewarded with excellent training and development, and support from the management and engineering team which will back you up in your drive to constantly push up manufacturing quality standards and deliver industry leading customer satisfaction?

Do you want to use your experience and presence to inspect and ensure that high quality manufacturing work is delivered every time whilst becoming the customers champion in dealing with customer feedback around manufacturing quality, for a company which prides itself on it's cutting edge technology and ability to service complex and bespoke customer requirements?

The company is a market leading manufacturer based in Northern Ireland that produces precision hydraulics for a wide range of clients in the aviation, agriculture and materials processing industries, where you will benefit from excellent training opportunities to consistently upskill and the chance to progress into Quality Management.

Do you want to use your expertise to ensure that materials received and products produced are held to the highest standards, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in precision engineering, which will heavily invest in your training and development, ensuring you remain abreast on Lean methodology and continuous improvement methods?

On offer is the opportunity to join a long-standing manufacturer of precision hydraulics, where you will be responsible for manual and CMM inspection on components, as well as completing certifications and reports on manufactured components and help develop corrective measure and solutions.

The Role:

Carry out internal and external audits and complete necessary reports and certifications
Use measuring equipment to test tolerances, both manually and using CMM
Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to develop corrective measures and solutions
Develop the approved suppliers list to ensure the highest quality materials are use in manufacturing processes
Liaise with clients to ensure appropriate responses to defective goods and ensure corrective measures are put in placeThe Person:
