Description:
We are supporting a leading aerospace business with the recruitment of a Quality Inspector to join their team at their Prestwick facility where you will be responsible for routine inspections of aerospace/fuel control components in line with approved procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect and assess products to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
* Accurately record inspection results and report any findings or issues.
* Use basic technical inspection equipment and tools.
* Follow established procedures, quality standards and operating guidelines.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider operation to support quality and delivery objectives.
* Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and consistency.
About You
* UK technical trade apprenticeship or equivalent aviation/aerospace qualification or alternatively a minimum of 2 years' aeronautical experience.
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
* Comfortable working to defined procedures and quality standards.
* Good technical communication and record-keeping skills.
* Minimum age of 21 required due to aviation regulations.
