Quality Inspectors required, Permanent Opportunity, Monday to Friday working, No shift work, overtime available when busy, plus a range of other benefits.

We have an excellent opportunity for two Quality Inspectors to join our client who manufacture parts for the automotive industry. Our client is expanding their team of quality inspectors due to an increase in their volume of business. Our client manufactures products to extremely high specifications so having previously worked within a Quality Inspecting role is essential for this position.

The Role

As a Quality Inspector you will be responsible for conducting inspections and maintaining quality of the manufactured automotive products and related processes to deliver high quality products to customers. This will involve the following

Performing visual & functional checks on manufactured parts.
Inspecting and verifying product quality to ensure it meets the correct specifications
Working to specifications and work process documents
Completing checks on 20 - 40 parts per day.
Working in a busy manufacturing environment
Working in the team but also on your own.Experienced required.

To be considered for this role we are looking for suitable candidates to have worked as a Quality Inspector within an engineering or for a manufacturing business (not food) where you have carried multiple quality checks a day. For this position, to have worked within the automotive industry in a PDI role would be advantageous. You are required to have the following experience

Previously worked as a quality inspector / quality checker and have working knowledge of inspection techniques
Be used to completing multiple quality checks per day
Have an excellent eye for detail
Be able to interpret drawings.
Be flexible and have a hands on approach.
