Role: Quality Inspector
Shifts: Dayshift Monday to Friday
Duration: Permanent
Location: Thornaby
Salary: Up to 35k Depending on experience

Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, Review, and Update Quality Control Policies and Procedures: You'll be instrumental in crafting and refining our quality control protocols to ensure they meet industry standards and align with our commitment to excellence.
Ensure Quality Check Procedures are Followed: Monitoring and enforcing quality control procedures at every step of production to maintain consistency and reliability in our products.
Document Quality Issues: Thoroughly documenting any quality concerns or discrepancies, and implementing systems to track and address them effectively.
Create Procedure Checklists: Developing comprehensive checklists to guide inspection processes and collaborating with fellow inspectors to streamline operations.
Training New Staff: Sharing your expertise and experience with new team members to uphold our standards of quality across the board.
Handle Customer Feedback and Complaints: Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships and uphold our reputation for quality and service.
Test Product Materials: Conducting thorough tests on materials sourced from suppliers to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Auditing Certification: Demonstrated expertise in auditing procedures and quality management systems.
Proven experience in inspecting welding processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Previous experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
