Quality Inspector required to work for a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation based in Uxbridge. We are looking for an effective and well organised individual to work within Quality team. You will be required to Perform independent visual, dimensional, inspection of component parts, sub-assemblies, and finished product assemblies.

A key element of this role is the knowledge and experience of visual, dimensional, inspection of machined parts. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and background of working within and engineering/ manufacturing environment.

Key Tasks:

Perform independent visual, dimensional, inspection of component parts, sub-assemblies, and finished product assemblies
Performing sample inspection of Goods in
Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing and maintaining records
Interacts with other departments to ensure compliance with specification and communicates findings effectively
Conducting supplier visits and or meetings to follow up on identified quality / non-conformance issues
Establish best practice and develop new inspection techniques as required
Ensuring that the company quality procedures are followed and reviewed accordingly with the quality manager / representative.
