Are you a Quality Engineer looking to take the next step in your career within the automotive sector, with plenty of personal growth and development, and to be recognised as the go-to person for quality related issues within a large manufacturer?
On offer is a great opportunity to step into a pivotal, senior role where you will be heading up the QMS and helping shape the future success of the business.
In this role you will be running the QMS and conducting ISO 9001 audits, reviewing non-conformances, and conducting site visits to customers. You will be overseeing a small team of 2 skilled engineers, and aiming to get IATF16949 certification within the next 2 years.
This design and manufacturing company produce components for the automotive, construction, agriculture, and materials handling sectors, distributing globally. Founded over 50 years ago they boast a turnover of more than £50 million and have plans to open a new site in the next few years.
This role would suit a Quality Engineer looking to further their career in a highly important role where they will be responsible for managing the QMS of a long-standing manufacturer.
The Role:
Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001
Overseeing 2 Engineers and a Technician
Helping to achieve IATF16949 within the next 2 years
Monday to Thursday, 7am - 4pm, finish at 11am on FridayThe Person:
