Imperial Recruitment Group are delighted to announce that we are working with one of our high-profile clients to appoint a new Quality Engineer. As a stand alone Quality Engineer you will have touchpoints with Health & Safety as and when necessary.

Job Title: Quality Engineer
Salary: Competitive
Hours: General business hours Monday – Friday
Location: Newton Aycliffe

The key responsibilities are:

* Product, Process and System audits

* Corrective & Preventive Action

* Internal and external non-conformance (Customer, Supplier and Production NC’s)

* Product measurement, Inspection and Testing

* Quality reporting and data Analysis (incl: SPC and Cap Studies)

Requirements:

* Demonstrable experience as a Quality Engineer

* A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or above qualification

* Self motivated

* Experience with:

* 8D problem solving, CARs

* Lean Tools and Techniques

* Integrated Management systems

* APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CONTROL PLANS, Process Flow documentation
