This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with a strong manufacturing background to take ownership of product quality, investigate issues, drive root cause analysis and implement improvements that enhance product reliability, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Quality Engineer
Job Description

Lead product quality assurance activities, including inspection, testing, verification and compliance checks.
Investigate product defects, customer complaints and reliability issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventative actions.
Support the introduction of new products by helping teams identify potential risks and establish effective quality processes.
Produce and maintain quality reports, records and procedures, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. 
 
Quality Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

A background in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a similar technical role, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
Experience using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, SPC, APQP, PPAP and FMEA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement, with the ability to challenge existing processes and make evidence-based recommendation
