Description:

Science Solutions are looking to recruit a Quality Engineer for one of our clients based in the Dorset area.

In order to be considered for the role of Quality Engineer you must be degree educated in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or a closely related subject.

As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for compiling reports to adhere to AS9102 and ISO9001 standards.

Role requirements

2+ years experience working in a quality focussed role covering ISO9001 and AS9102 standards.
Experience with various metrology software such as Polyworks or Spatial Analyzer highly desirable.
Other experience with FARO or Laser Tracker also highly desirable.
Role responsibilities

Liaise with cross functional teams to provide feedback on quality of products in order to highlight opportunities for improvement.
Actively complete QA reviews of new enquiries or orders from customers and act on them accordingly.
Interpret technical drawings to understand the needs of any projects you may be working on
