Quality Engineer – Contract
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Duration: 12 months
IR35 status: Outside IR35
Hourly rate: Negotiable, depending on experience
Start date: ASAP
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our client on a 12-month contract based in Stoke-on-Trent.
The role will focus on checking documentation, supporting audits and maintaining accurate quality records. An engineering background would be preferred.
Applications are also welcomed from Document Controllers or Manufacturing Engineers with relevant experience in quality documentation and audit support.
Key responsibilities:

Review and check technical and quality documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Support quality audits and follow up on findings.
*
Maintain quality records and ensure documentation is organised and up to date.
*
Work with engineering teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.
Key requirements:
*
Experience in quality engineering, document control or manufacturing engineering, with relevant quality responsibilities.
*
Experience with document checking, quality records and audit support.
*
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*
Engineering background preferred.
*
Availability to start as soon as possible.
