We are partnered with a highly regarded and long standing business based in the Corwen area and are recruiting for an experienced Quality Engineer to join their team.
This role is an opportunity to join a growing business who value their customers by offering exellent quality products, here is an overview of the responsibilities in the role:
* Internal auditing to ISO9001:2015 and supporting with the maintenance of the management system.
* Be a key driver in root cause analysis investigations, looking to implement corrective actions where necessary.
* Liaise with suppliers on quality issues ensuring CAPA is put in place.
* Analyse KPIs and support continuous improvement activities.
* Occasional travel to other sites in the north west and Wales.
Key Skills:
* Experience in quality in a manufacturing business with an understanding of manufacturing processes.
* Understanding of ISO9001 or similar
* Experience in dealing with customers or suppliers – root cause analysis experience.
