Description:
Join a UK-leading highways contractor as a Highways Quality Engineer on an exciting highways and town centre improvement project in Swindon. If you have a keen eye for detail, commercial awareness, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:
·Supervise contracted staff, ensuring adherence to project-specific quality requirements and records
·Maintain up-to-date as-built information and ensure full compliance with specifications
·Communicate quality standards to the workforce and engineering staff on site
·Oversee the drafting of ITPs and QA documentation
The Ideal Candidate:
·Experience in a similar discipline as a Highways Quality Engineer
·Strong commercial awareness of profitability in construction projects
·Qualification in Civil Engineering (Degree, HNC, or HND)
