Excellent training and developmentRoles & Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits and assist with external customer and certification audits.
Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
Develop inspection and test procedures.
Support first article inspections (FAI) and customer documentation requirements.
Analyse quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as a Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.
Experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Experience managing non-conformances and corrective actions.
Experience conducting audits.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.IDENM
